Spaceflight Academy exhibit

The Museum of Flight's Charles Simonyi Space Gallery serves as the ideal backdrop for creating an immersive, educational experience that looks at the past, present and future of spaceflight. With the NASA Shuttle Full Fuselage Trainer (aka FFT) as its centerpiece, the exhibit team developed, designed and produced a fun, engaging experience for all ages and levels of interest.

To augment the learning nature of the experience it was branded as the Spaceflight Academy where one can learn what it takes to be an astronaut, the challenges of space travel, and it's effects on the human body.

As an integral part of the creative team, responsibilities included: concept development; graphic design, layout and illustration; production and production management; and installation. Over the course of two years and three phases close to 400 graphics were produced for this gallery.
