Starbucks "Brew" concept

This was a proposal submitted to top Starbucks executives for a unique Starbucks-branded retail experience catering to the devoted home-brew coffee and tea enthusiast. The store would feature exclusive rare and short-run whole bean coffees, exotic loose-leaf teas, brewing equipment, serve ware, and specialty “sommeliers” to offer expert advice, how-to clinics and tastings. The proposal scope covered concept vision, strategy, market segment evaluation and consumer research as well as brand exploration, block plan, product offerings, and packaging and fixture concepts.

Responsibilities were for the conceptual ideation of the store's branding, block plan, environmental tone, showcase fixtures, packaging, sketches, proposal book content management, layout and production supervision.
